These guys were thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Fixed up everything and my car feels amazing. Thank you so much. I had a transmission coolant leak. Wheel alignment for my lifted specs. I also needed ball joint serviced and greased. Very reasonably priced also. If you have a nice car, get it to these guys.

W12 is an extremely high end shop, specializing in Bentley's and Rolls Royce, as well as other exotic motor cars. You can feel confident in their diagnosis of your car's needs and trusting of their pricing, as they are extremely fair and not looking to gouge you but rather to create life long relationships with car owners in order to promote additional business from referrals. I took my Bentley there after being misled and deceived by quite a few other shops. Drillon is an upstanding guy, and really saved the day for me. I recommend his shop highly.

W12 is the premier destination for Rolls-Royce service in the Tri-State area. After owning my vehicle for a year, it was time for the first oil change. The owner’s deep knowledge, honesty, and professional approach made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands these cars I can’t recommend them enough.

Drilon was fantastic! Not only did he do the repair while I waited. He also informed me about some preventive work, which I am going to have done. The man is a genius! I came from Long Island as per my friends recommendation, and it was well worth the trip. I recommend him to anyone that needs any kind of service or repairs.

Excellent experience bringing my Lamborghini Huracán Performante in for an oil change. The team treated the car with real care and the pricing was very reasonable, especially for an exotic. They also walked me through what to expect at the next, more major service and explained everything in a clear, straightforward way. Honest, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommended. Drilon - you're the man!
